Bread Flour Shortage Update

Unfortunately, our bread flour shortage is continuing into this week and may extend into next week as well.

As a result, we are unable to accept any orders for bread products until further notice. We will continue to have limited stock of multigrain bread and buns, available while supplies last.

In addition, no specialty bread items will be available, with the exception of baguettes, until we receive our next flour shipment.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this supply issue. We are hopeful that normal availability will return soon and will keep everyone updated as we learn more.

Our bakery hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday to Friday and 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays

**Please have your order in by 5:00 pm on SUNDAY for pickup that week. If you miss this deadline, your order is NOT confirmed and will not be filled until the following week**

Once you have submitted your order, we will get back to you. Most confirmations will be sent out before Sunday, but it varies for how many orders there are. All confirmations should be sent out by Monday evening.

Tuesdays – Pizza Crusts, Scones

Wednesdays – Bagels

Thursdays – Cinnamon Buns, Pretzels

Fridays – Speciality Breads, Baguettes

Items will only appear on the form once a pickup date is selected.

example : If Wednesday is selected as pickup date, only Bagels from the above list will appear.Please call the bakery (519-743-4362) during our business hours if you are having any issues with this order form.
