I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2003. Shortly I found that gluten-free products were very dry and left an aftertaste in your mouth. Not being happy with what was being offered in local stores I began to experiment with different flours and combination of ingredients. After much trial and error, I have been able to produce quality gluten-free products.

I offer my customers quality foods and the comments often shared are:

“I can’t believe this is gluten-free!”
